1. Keep an eye on your email
You’ll be receiving several email confirmations and remainders in the days and weeks leading up to your appointment. There is incredibly important information contained in these emails, especially links to appointment policies (we are strict but not meanies), FAQ, and consent forms. Please please check that you are receiving them and that they aren’t in your spam folder.
Email michelle@haikuink.com if you don’t receive an immediate confirmation email with your appointment details and address.
2. Keep an eye on your text messages
Keep an eye on your texts too. If you mistyped your cell phone number then we won’t be able to contact you on the morning of your appointment. We really need you to be 100% sure. You should receive an automated text from our scheduling system 7 days before your scheduled appointment. Please don’t reply to that text. It is the system, not Haiku Ink and your message will not be forwarded to us. If you need us please text Haiku Ink at 443-228-8617
You’ll also get a text from Haiku Ink directly the morning of your appointment. It will have day of reminders.
3. Be prepared for both Pre-Care and Aftercare
We state this many times, but it bears repeating - Please thoroughly read the Pre-Care Page and the Aftercare Page. Your active participation in advance is critical to the longevity of your Permanent Makeup.
